From downtown Winona, walk to the nearest bus stop at 3rd & Main St. Take the Winona Transit bus route that heads towards Pickwick. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance as service may be limited. Get off at the Pickwick stop, which is the closest to Pickwick Mill Inc. From there, walk east along County Road 7 for about half a mile until you reach the mill.
