Begin your journey at the Gulfport Transit Center located at 1401 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501. Take the Coast Transit Authority bus route 20 towards Biloxi. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest times. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to the Biloxi Lighthouse, which is near the intersection of Beach Blvd and 10th Street. From there, walk towards the beach, and you will see the Biloxi Lighthouse located at 1050 Beach Blvd.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike rental shops in Gulfport. Start at the Gulfport Beach area and head east on Beach Blvd. Follow the shoreline for about 10 miles, enjoying the scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
