From Natchez Trace Parkway, take the nearest exit towards Natchez city center. Drive south on the Natchez Trace Parkway until you reach US-61 S (also known as John R. Junkin Drive). Turn left onto US-61 S and continue for approximately 3 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Main St, turn right onto Main St. Continue driving for about half a mile, and you will find the Natchez Museum-African American Culture at 301 Main St, Natchez, MS 39120 on your right. There is street parking available nearby, which may be free, but check for any parking signs to avoid fines.
