Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From downtown Natchez, head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Street. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Street and continue until you reach the junction with Highway 61. Turn right onto Highway 61 and continue north for approximately 2.5 miles. Look for the signs directing you to Natchez State Park. You will eventually see Wickcliff Road on your left. Turn onto Wickcliff Road, and the park entrance will be on your right at 230 Wickcliff Rd.

    Start at the Natchez Transit Center located at 100 South Canal Street. Check the local bus schedule for routes that head towards Highway 61. You will likely take a bus towards the north or east direction that connects to Highway 61. Once you reach the nearest stop to Highway 61, you may need to walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach the entrance of Natchez State Park at 230 Wickcliff Rd.
