Continue on I-55 for approximately 80 miles until you reach Jackson. From Jackson, take the exit for Interstate 20 West toward Vicksburg. Merge onto I-20 and continue for about 25 miles until you reach the exit for Highway 49 North. Take Highway 49 North for approximately 140 miles until you reach the town of Oxford. Once in Oxford, follow signs for University Avenue. Turn right onto University Avenue and continue until you reach the intersection with South 5th Street. The University of Mississippi Museum will be on your left at the corner.
