Paid parking is required on University Drive and other marked streets in the Cotton District, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.. Parking fees are $0.75 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour, and can be paid via the ParkMobile app. After 8:00 p.m., parking is free, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The Guest Room is located in the alley behind Restaurant Tyler.
