If you are driving from Jackson, MS (The Capital Region), take I-55 S from downtown Jackson. Continue on I-55 S for about 50 miles until you reach I-10. Merge onto I-10 S towards Mobile. Follow I-10 S for approximately 50 miles. Take exit 13 for MS-603 S toward Bay St. Louis. Continue on MS-603 S for about 10 miles until you reach Bay St. Louis. Turn left onto Depot Way. The Bay St. Louis Historic L & N Train Depot will be on your right at 1928 Depot Way, Bay St. Louis, MS 39520. Estimated travel time is about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
