Walking
If you're starting from the Gulfport Harbor, head east on 24th Avenue towards E Beach Blvd. Continue straight for about 0.6 miles until you reach E Beach Blvd. Turn left onto E Beach Blvd and walk for about 0.4 miles. The Mississippi Aquarium will be on your right at 2100 E Beach Blvd.

From downtown Gulfport, you can take the Coast Transit Authority bus. Look for the bus route that heads towards the beach area. Get off at the 'Gulfport Beach' stop. Once you disembark, walk east on E Beach Blvd for about 0.2 miles. The aquarium will be on your left at 2100 E Beach Blvd.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Gulfport Recreation Center. Head east on 15th Street until you reach E Beach Blvd. Turn right on E Beach Blvd and ride for about 1 mile. The Mississippi Aquarium will be on your left at 2100 E Beach Blvd. There are bike racks available for parking.
