Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start on US-45 N from any location in The Golden Triangle. Follow US-45 N for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for MS-182 E. Take the exit toward Columbus. Continue on MS-182 E for approximately 2 miles, then turn left onto Main St. After about 0.5 miles, the Tennessee Williams Home & Welcome Center will be on your right at 300 Main St, Columbus, MS 39701. There is free parking available on the street.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, check if there are local bus services that connect your current location to downtown Columbus. You will want to get off at a stop near Main St. After disembarking, walk towards Main St, and head south for about 0.3 miles. The Tennessee Williams Home & Welcome Center will be located at 300 Main St. If the bus does not run directly to Main St, you may need to transfer to another route or use a rideshare service for the last segment. Keep in mind that bus fares may apply, typically around $1.50 per ride.
