If you are driving, start from Hattiesburg, MS. Take US-49 N towards Jackson. Merge onto I-55 N and continue for about 60 miles. Take exit 4 for MS-552 towards Port Gibson. Turn left onto MS-552 and follow for about 10 miles until you reach Port Gibson. Once in Port Gibson, continue straight to Rodney Rd. Windsor Ruins will be on your right, approximately 2 miles down Rodney Rd.

For those using public transportation, there are limited bus services in the Pine Belt. Take the Greyhound bus from Hattiesburg to Jackson, then transfer to a local bus towards Port Gibson. Once in Port Gibson, you may need to use a rideshare service or taxi to reach Windsor Ruins, as public transport does not go directly there. Expect to budget around $20-$30 for rideshare/taxi costs.

For the adventurous, biking is an option! Start in downtown Port Gibson and head towards Rodney Rd. The distance is about 5 miles, which should take roughly 30-40 minutes to bike. Ensure you wear a helmet and stay safe on the roads.

If you are already in Port Gibson and prefer walking, you can walk to Windsor Ruins from the downtown area. The distance is approximately 2 miles and will take about 40-50 minutes. Follow Main St. to Rodney Rd, then head south until you reach the ruins. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
