Continue on US-60 W for approximately 45 miles until you reach the junction with MO-19 N. Take the exit toward MO-19 N and merge onto MO-19 N. Follow MO-19 N for about 15 miles, passing through the town of Eminence. Once you arrive in Eminence, continue on MO-19 N for another 4 miles until you reach the entrance to Round Spring Cave, which will be on your right. Parking is available near the entrance, and there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options in Bootheel are limited, but you can take a Greyhound bus to the nearest major town, which is Poplar Bluff, MO. From there, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Eminence (approximately 1.5 hours away by car).
