If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Bootheel, head towards the nearest major road, Highway 60. Once you are on Highway 60, head west towards the city of Poplar Bluff. Continue on Highway 60 until you reach Highway 67 North. Take the exit for Highway 67 North towards Farmington. After approximately 23 miles, take the exit for MO-72 West towards Ironton. Continue on MO-72 for about 20 miles until you reach the intersection with MO-21. Turn right onto MO-21 North and continue for about 6 miles. Then, turn left onto MO-49. Continue on MO-49 until you reach the town of Jadwin. The Welch Spring Hospital Ruins will be located just outside of Jadwin at the coordinates 37.3938897, -91.574362. There are no tolls on this route.
