Continue on MO-72 for about 20 miles until you reach the intersection with MO-21. Turn right onto MO-21 North and continue for about 6 miles. Then, turn left onto MO-49. Continue on MO-49 until you reach the town of Jadwin. The Welch Spring Hospital Ruins will be located just outside of Jadwin at the coordinates 37.3938897, -91.574362. There are no tolls on this route.
