Car
From Current River, head northwest on Highway 60. Continue for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with Interstate 44. Merge onto I-44 North towards St. Louis. After about 25 miles, take exit 226 toward Sullivan. At the exit, turn right onto MO-185 South. Follow MO-185 for around 5 miles, and you will see signs for Meramec State Park. Fisher Cave is located within the park. There may be a small entrance fee for the park, so be prepared with cash or a card.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options available directly to Fisher Cave. However, you can take a Greyhound bus to Sullivan, MO from major cities. Once in Sullivan, you may need to use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Meramec State Park. The park is about 5 miles from the bus station, and taxi fares can range from $10-$20 depending on the service.
