From Current River, head southeast on Main St toward MO-72 E. Continue on MO-72 E for approximately 12 miles. Merge onto I-44 N toward St. Louis. After about 25 miles, take exit 186 for MO-63 S toward Rolla. Continue on MO-63 S for about 6 miles. Take exit 186A for US-63 S. Follow US-63 S for about 3 miles, then take the exit for MO-72 E. Follow MO-72 E for about 2 miles, and then turn right onto County Road 203. Continue on County Road 203 for another mile until you reach the entrance of Little Prairie Conservation Area.
