From Current River, head east on MO-60 E for approximately 18 miles. Take the exit toward MO-51 S. Merge onto MO-51 S and continue for about 15 miles. Mingo National Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 24279 MO-51, Puxico, MO 63960. Look for the entrance sign as you approach.
