If you are traveling by car within Current River, start by heading north on Highway 19. After approximately 15 miles, merge onto US-63 N towards Rolla. Continue for about 40 miles until you reach the exit for I-70 E toward St. Louis. Once on I-70, take exit 125A toward Jefferson City. Follow signs for Route 54 S. After about 5 miles, take the exit for US-50 W, and keep right at the fork to stay on US-50 W. Continue onto Missouri Blvd. Then turn left onto W Capitol Ave, where you will find the Missouri State Museum at 201 W Capitol Ave, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Parking is available nearby, and fees may apply depending on location.
