To reach Taum Sauk Mountain State Park from Current River, start by getting onto Highway 60 E from Current River. Follow Highway 60 E for approximately 36 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 21. Take the exit for Highway 21 N towards Ironton. Continue on Highway 21 N for about 11 miles. Look for signs directing you to Highway CC. Turn left onto Highway CC, and follow it for approximately 8 miles until you reach the entrance of Taum Sauk Mountain State Park.

If you are using public transportation, you will need to take a Greyhound bus or a regional shuttle service from Current River to Ironton. Once in Ironton, you can either take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Taum Sauk Mountain State Park. The distance from Ironton to the park is approximately 10 miles.
