From the intersection of Highway 63 and Highway 24, take Highway 24 west towards Florida. Continue on Highway 24 until you reach Shrine Road (approximately 4 miles). Turn left onto Shrine Road, and you’ll find Mark Twain State Park at 37352 Shrine Rd, Florida, MO 65283. The park entrance will be on your right.
