From Pomme de Terre Lake, head southeast on MO-64. Continue on MO-64 for about 15 miles. You will pass through the town of Bolivar. As you approach Bolivar, look for signs for E 325th Rd. Turn left onto E 325th Rd. Continue for about 2 miles, and the entrance to Sentinel Conservation Area will be on your right.
