From the center of Rolla, head east on State Route 72. Walk along the sidewalk until you reach the intersection with Highway 63. Cross Highway 63 carefully, following pedestrian signals. Continue walking east on the south side of Highway 63. After about 1 mile, look for a sign for Little Prairie Conservation Area on your right. Follow the trail leading to the entrance.

Start at the Rolla City Park. Head east on 10th Street, then take a left onto State Route 72. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 63. Carefully navigate across Highway 63, then continue along the south side of Highway 63. After approximately 1 mile, you'll see the entrance sign for Little Prairie Conservation Area on your right. Use the bike path to safely access the entrance.
