If you are at the Missouri State Fairgrounds, exit the fairgrounds and head north on S Limit Ave. Walk for about half a mile until you reach E 16th St. Turn left onto E 16th St and continue until you reach S Ohio Ave. Turn right onto S Ohio Ave, then take a left turn onto E Howard St. Housel Park will be on your left at 109 E Howard St.
