If you are near the Sedalia City Hall at 200 S Osage Ave, you can take the local bus (if available) towards the downtown area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to E 3rd St. Once you get off, walk east along E 3rd St, and you will find Katy Depot at 600 E 3rd St.
