For over half a century, starting in 1948, Lamy's exclusively produced Levi's jeans, employing hundreds of local workers and churning out 60,000 pairs a week at its peak.After sitting vacant for nearly two decades after the Levi's factory closed in 1998, the building was lovingly restored between 2017 and 2020. Today, Lamy's Building is a vibrant community space. The first floor hosts Josey Records, Ox Horn Market (a general store and coffee shop), and #5 Bistro & Bar, named in honor of Lamy's being the fifth factory to produce Levi's. The second floor offers office and event spaces, while the third floor houses luxury apartments.
