If you're starting from the Historic Main Street area in St. Charles, walk to the nearest bus stop on Clark Street. Catch the Route 34 bus heading towards St. Louis. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 14th Street and Convention Plaza stop. From there, walk 5 blocks west along Convention Plaza until you reach 16th Street, then turn left. The City Museum will be on your right at 750 N 16th St.
