Getting There

• Walking

  From the heart of The Loop, head south on Delmar Boulevard towards Skinker Boulevard. This should take about 15 minutes on foot. Once you reach Skinker Boulevard, turn right and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Forest Park. Enter the park and follow the signs directing you towards Art Hill, which is located near the St. Louis Art Museum. The total distance is approximately 1.2 miles.

• Public Transportation - MetroLink

  Walk to the nearest MetroLink station, which is the Delmar Loop Station. Purchase a ticket from the ticket vending machine, which costs about $2.50. Board the train heading towards the Central West End. Disembark at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station. From there, exit the station and walk east through Forest Park, following the signs to Art Hill. This journey takes roughly 20 minutes on the train and about 10 minutes walking through the park.

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing station in The Loop. Make sure to check for availability and pricing, which typically starts at $2 for a single ride. Once you have a bike, head south on Delmar Boulevard and then turn right onto Skinker Boulevard. Continue straight into Forest Park. Follow the bike paths that lead directly to Art Hill. The total biking distance is approximately 1.2 miles, and it should take around 10-15 minutes.
