Getting There

Car
From the center of Balti, head south on Strada Mihai Eminescu towards Strada Alexandru cel Bun. Continue on Strada Alexandru cel Bun for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with Strada 31 August 1989. Turn left onto Strada 31 August 1989 and follow it for approximately 3 km. Then, take a right onto the E583 road. Continue on this road for about 12 km. Look for signs directing you to Bison Reserve, located on your left. The total drive will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation
Start at the central bus station in Balti. Look for buses or minivans that head towards the village of Răzeni or Bălășești. These typically leave every 30 minutes. The fare is around 10 MDL (Moldovan Leu). Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Bison Reserve. Once you arrive, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the entrance of the reserve. Total travel time by public transport is about 1 hour.
