Car
From the center of Balti, head southeast on Strada Ștefan Cel Mare towards Strada Mihai Eminescu. Continue straight onto Strada Vasile Alecsandri. After about 3 km, turn left onto the road toward Chitcani. Follow the signs for Noul Neamt Monastery. The monastery is located approximately 10 km from Balti, and parking is available near the entrance.

From Balti, you can take a minibus (marshrutka) heading to Chitcani. The minibus station is located near the central market in Balti. Look for a minibus marked with 'Chitcani' (check the route numbers, usually in the range of 10-15). The fare is around 10 MDL. Once you arrive in Chitcani, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the Noul Neamt Monastery. Follow the local signs or ask locals for directions.
