Car
If you are driving from Chișinău, take the M1 highway towards Bender. Follow the signs for Bender and after approximately 130 km, you will enter the city. Once in Bender, head towards the center and look for signs directing you to Osvobozhdeniya Square. You can park in nearby parking lots or on the street. Be mindful of local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
From Chișinău, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Bender. Marshrutkas leave from the Central Bus Station in Chișinău, and the fare is typically around 50 MDL. The journey will take about 2-2.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Bender bus station, walk towards the city center. Osvobozhdeniya Square is approximately a 15-minute walk. Head straight along Strada 31 August 1989, then turn left onto Strada Alexandru Ioan Cuza, and continue until you reach the square.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Chișinău to Bender. The taxi fare may range from 500 to 800 MDL depending on the service. The ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Bender, you can ask the driver to drop you off at Osvobozhdeniya Square, which is well-known to locals.
