The bus will take you to the central bus station in Chișinău. After arriving at the bus station, exit and head to the nearest bus stop for local transport.
Walking

After exiting the bus station in Chișinău, walk to the nearest public transport stop. You can take bus number 22 or 12 towards Buiucani. Get off at the stop called 'Buiucani' which is near the intersection with Alexander Pushkin Street. From there, it's a short walk to Vinoteca Wine.md located at Alexander Pushkin St 15. Walk south along Alexander Pushkin Street for about 200 meters, and you will see Vinoteca Wine.md on your left.
