To get to Havuzul Teatrului Național de Operă şi Balet „Maria Bieșu”, you can take bus number 22 from the central bus station (Autogara Centru). Board the bus and travel until you reach the stop named 'Teatrul de Operă'. This journey typically takes around 20 minutes. Once you disembark, walk down Tricolorului Street for about 5 minutes until you see the fountain and the theatre.

If you are near the central area, you can walk to Havuzul Teatrului Național de Operă şi Balet „Maria Bieșu”. Start from the Stefan Cel Mare Central Park. Head southeast towards the intersection with A.Pușkin Street. Turn left onto A.Pușkin Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Tricolorului Street. Turn right onto Tricolorului Street, and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the fountain in front of the theatre.

Public Transport - Trolleybus
From the central part of Chișinău, you can take the trolleybus number 11 from the stop 'Ștefan Cel Mare'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Teatrul de Operă' stop. Walk straight ahead on Tricolorului Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find the fountain in front of the theatre.
