Walking
If you are starting from the Central Park in Chișinău, head east towards Bulevardul Ștefan Cel Mare și Sfânt. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul Grigore Vieru. Turn right onto Bulevardul Grigore Vieru and walk until you reach the Great National Assembly Square. The Triumphal Arch is located at the northern end of the square.

If you are near the Moldova State University, take bus number 10 or 11 from the bus stop in front of the university. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the stop named 'Teatrul de Operă și Balet'.
