If you are starting from the Central Bus Station (Gara Auto Centrala), exit the station and head towards the main street, Strada Vasile Alecsandri. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Strada 31 August 1989. Turn right onto Strada 31 August 1989, and continue walking. The National Museum of Fine Arts of Moldova will be on your right at number 115.

From the Central Market (Piața Centrală), take bus number 107 or 110. Board the bus and ride for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Bucuria'. Once you get off, walk back towards the intersection and turn left onto Strada 31 August 1989. The National Museum of Fine Arts of Moldova will be ahead on your left, at number 115.

If you are near the Stefan Cel Mare Central Park, exit the park from the main entrance and head towards the intersection of Strada Mihai Eminescu. Turn left onto Strada Mihai Eminescu and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Strada 31 August 1989. Turn right onto Strada 31 August 1989, and you will find the National Museum of Fine Arts of Moldova on your right at number 115.

From the train station (Gara Feroviară), take trolleybus number 1 or 5. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Piața Marii Adunări Naționale'.
