From Chișinău's Central Bus Station, take a bus to Trebujeni. Buses depart at 08:35, 12:45, 13:45, and 17:15; a ticket costs around 46 lei. Upon arrival in Trebujeni, walk about 1 kilometer to the reserve entrance. Check the bus schedule for return trips.

From Chișinău, drive approximately 60 km northeast towards Orheiul Vechi. Follow the main road and look for signs directing you to Trebujeni. Once in Trebujeni, follow signs to the landscape reserve. A small parking area is available at the entrance. Be aware that there may be a small parking fee.
