Buses to Butuceni are available at 10:20, 15:00, and 18:15, while buses to Trebujeni depart at 08:35, 12:45, 13:45, and 17:15. The journey costs approximately 46 lei. From Butuceni, it's a short walk to the monastery. If arriving in Trebujeni, follow the signs for about 30 minutes to reach the site.

From Chișinău, drive to Orheiul Vechi Natural Cultural Reserve and follow the signs to Butuceni, approximately 7 km away. Parking is available near the monastery entrance, with a possible small parking fee. Be aware that the roads leading to the monastery can be steep and sometimes unpaved.
