From Stefan cel Mare Central Park, simply walk east towards the square. The arch is situated between the Government House and the Nativity Cathedral. No costs are involved.

Chișinău has a well-developed public transportation system consisting of trolleybuses, buses, and minibuses (known as 'rutieras').
