If you are starting from the central area of Tiraspol, head towards the main boulevard, Strada 25 Octombrie. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Karl Marx. Turn left onto Strada Karl Marx and continue walking until you reach Strada Manoilov. Turn right onto Strada Manoilov. The Presentation of the Child Jesus Church will be on your left in a few minutes.

From the central bus station, take bus number 1 or 2 heading towards the South of Tiraspol. Get off at the stop 'Manoilov Street'. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance on Strada Manoilov, and you will see the Presentation of the Child Jesus Church on your right.
