From Cap d'Ail Beach, head east on Avenue du Général de Gaulle towards the D6098 road. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto D6098 towards Nice. After approximately 2 km, keep left to stay on D6098, following signs for Nice. As you approach Nice, take the exit towards Promenade des Anglais. Merge onto Boulevard Franck Pilatte, where Parc Vigier is located at number 23. You can park along the boulevard or in nearby public parking facilities, which may incur a cost of around €1-2 per hour.

From Cap d'Ail Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Port Lympia' in Nice. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Parc Vigier. Head east on Quai des Étas-Unis and continue onto Boulevard Franck Pilatte. Parc Vigier will be on your left at number 23. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
