Walking
From the central area of Promenade des Anglais, head east towards the Old Town (Vieux Nice). Walk along the promenade until you reach the end of the beach. You will see the Quai Rauba Capeu. Continue walking along the Quai until you reach the Monument to the Dead of Rauba-Capeu, which is located at Pl. Guynemer. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch Bus Line 38 from several stops along Promenade des Anglais. Look for a bus stop that has 'Promenade des Anglais' on the sign. Board the bus and pay the fare (around €1.50). Ride the bus until you reach the 'Garibaldi' stop. From there, walk towards the Port and follow signs to Quai Rauba Capeu, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
