Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Citronniers. Turn left onto Avenue des Citronniers and walk until you reach the end of the avenue. Then take a right on Rue de la Chapelle. Continue straight until you reach Place de la Visitation. The Chapel of the Visitation will be on your left.

Turn left there and follow it until you reach the end. Finally, take a right on Rue de la Chapelle, and you will arrive at Place de la Visitation, where the Chapel of the Visitation is located.
