Car

If you're driving, start from the central area of Monaco Harbor. Head northwest on Quai des États-Unis, then turn left onto Avenue de la Prte Neuve. Continue on this road for about 500 meters. Look for a parking spot along the Avenue, as parking can be limited. Once parked, the Harbour viewpoint will be just a short walk away. Follow the signs directing you to the observation deck.

Public Transportation - Bus

If you prefer public transport, take the bus from the main bus station near Monaco Harbor. Look for Bus Line 1 or 2 which have stops near Avenue de la Prte Neuve. Get off at the 'Monte Carlo - Av. de la Prte Neuve' stop. From there, walk approximately 200 meters up the avenue towards the viewpoint. It's a pleasant stroll with beautiful sights along the way.

Walking

For those who enjoy walking, starting from the Casino de Monte-Carlo is a great option. Head down Avenue de la Madone and take a right onto Avenue de la Prte Neuve.
