Getting there

Walking

From the Monaco harbor, walk along the waterfront towards Quai Antoine 1er. Continue along the waterfront, following signs for Monaco-Ville (Old Town). Ascend the hill via the steps or the winding road. Once in the Old Town, follow signs to 'Rpe de la Major,' where the Gateway to Rock is located.

Public Transport

Take any of Monaco's buses to the Monaco-Ville stop. From there, walk towards the Prince's Palace and follow signs for Rampe de la Major. The Gateway to Rock is a short walk up the ramp. A single bus ticket costs €2.

Taxi

Taxis in Monaco offer flat rates within the principality. A ride to Monaco-Ville will cost approximately €18. From there, walk towards the Prince's Palace and follow signs for Rampe de la Major.

Driving

Drive towards Monaco-Ville and park in one of the public car parks. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around €2.80 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. From the car park, walk towards the Prince's Palace and follow signs for Rampe de la Major.
