Walking
From the center of La Condamine, head southeast towards Avenue de la Costa. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Place d'Armes. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue des Ligures. Follow this road until you reach the end, where it intersects with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue straight until you reach the train station 'Gare de Monaco'. From there, take the train towards Cannes and get off at the Mouans-Sartoux station. Once you arrive in Mouans-Sartoux, exit the train station and turn left onto Avenue des Gourettes. Continue straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find Jardins du MIP on your right at 979 Chem. des Gourettes.

To reach Jardins du MIP from La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Condamine', located on Av. de la Costa. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. After a 20-minute ride, get off at the stop 'Cagnes-sur-Mer' and transfer to Bus Line 600 towards Grasse. Continue on this bus for about 30 minutes, and when you reach 'Mouans-Sartoux', disembark. Once off the bus, walk along Avenue des Gourettes for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Jardins du MIP located at 979 Chem. des Gourettes.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in La Condamine. Start by heading southeast towards Avenue de la Costa, then take the bike path along the coast until you reach the roundabout at Place d'Armes. From there, follow the bike lanes along Avenue des Ligures until you reach the train station 'Gare de Monaco'. Continue your journey by cycling towards Mouans-Sartoux using the designated bike paths.
