From the center of La Condamine, head southeast towards the Port Hercule. Walk along the waterfront promenade and enjoy the view of the harbor. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard Louis II. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de Belgique. Turn left onto Boulevard de Belgique and continue straight until you see the indications for the bus station 'Menton'.
Bus
At the bus station in La Condamine, take bus line 100 towards Menton. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Menton - Sablettes' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the beach which is just a short 5-minute walk down the road.
Train
From La Condamine, walk to the nearest train station, Monte Carlo-Monte Carlo. Board a train heading towards Ventimiglia. After about 15 minutes, get off at Menton station. From the station, exit and turn right onto Avenue de la République. Walk straight until you reach the coast. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach Plage des Sablettes.
