From the centre of La Condamine, start at the La Condamine Market (Marché de La Condamine). Exit the market and head east on Rue Princesse Caroline. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and walk for about 200 meters. You will come to a small square, Place de la Visitation. The Chapel of the Visitation is located directly at this square.

If you are near the Port of Monaco, start at the Port and head up the hill towards Rue des Remparts. Follow Rue des Remparts until you reach Avenue de la République. Turn right onto Avenue de la République, and continue walking. After about 300 meters, you will arrive at Place de la Visitation, where the Chapel of the Visitation is located.
