From La Rousse, walk towards the coastline along Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard des Moulins. Turn left onto Boulevard des Moulins and follow it until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Continue walking along the Promenade des Anglais for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Ponchettes Public Beach in Nice. From La Rousse, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenue Princesse Grace (stop 'Monte Carlo - Le Casino'). Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Arts'. From there, walk towards the Promenade des Anglais and turn right. Continue walking along the Promenade for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Ponchettes Public Beach.
