Walking
From the center of La Rousse, head south towards Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue straight on this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, and keep walking straight. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the coast. Once you are at the coast, turn left and follow the waterfront path. Continue along until you reach the Promenade des Anglais. From there, follow the signs to Nice's Old Town (Vieux Nice). After about 25 minutes, you will arrive at Cours Saleya, where the Marché Aux Fleurs is located.

Public Transport
From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue Princesse Grace. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Grosso Cadenazzo' stop. From there, walk towards the coast and follow the signs leading to Vieux Nice. Cours Saleya is located in the heart of the Old Town, and you will find the Marché Aux Fleurs just a few minutes' walk from the main square.
