Start at the Monte Carlo Casino, which is a well-known landmark in La Rousse. Head southwest along Avenue des Beaux-Arts for about 500 meters until you reach Boulevard d'Italie. Turn left onto Boulevard d'Italie and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass the famous Grimaldi Forum on your right. Continue straight until you reach the Port of Nice. From the port, follow the waterfront promenade known as Promenade des Anglais for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll see the beach on your left. As you approach the city center, keep an eye out for Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville. Turn right onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, and within a few minutes, you will arrive at Hôtel de Ville de Nice, located at 5 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville.

From La Rousse, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Place du Casino. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you directly to Nice in about 30 minutes. You will want to get off at the stop named 'Promenade des Arts'. After disembarking, walk east on Rue de la Préfecture, then turn left onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville. Hôtel de Ville de Nice will be on your right at 5 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville.

Walk to the nearest tram station at Monte Carlo Casino. Take Tram Line T1 towards Nice. After approximately 25 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Jean Médecin' stop in Nice. Once you exit the tram, walk down Avenue Jean Médecin until you reach Place Masséna. From there, head towards Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville. Follow the signs to turn left onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, and you will find Hôtel de Ville de Nice at 5 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville.
