Walking
From the center of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main street, Rue de la Source. Walk straight until you reach Avenue de la Costa. Turn left onto Avenue de la Costa and continue walking until you reach the Monte Carlo Casino. From there, follow the signs to the train station, Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo. Once at the station, take a train to Cannes. Upon arriving in Cannes, exit the train station and head straight towards Boulevard de la Croisette. La Malmaison will be on your left at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette.

From Monaco-Ville, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Place de la Mairie. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Cannes, Gare SNCF. Once you disembark, walk straight down Avenue Francis Tonner until you reach Boulevard de la Croisette. Turn left and continue walking along the promenade until you reach La Malmaison at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette.

Start at Monaco-Ville and make your way to Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo, which is about a 15-minute walk from the area. Follow Rue de la Source to Avenue de la Costa, turn left, and walk until you reach the station. Take a train towards Cannes. When you arrive at Cannes station, exit and walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette. La Malmaison is located at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette, just a short walk from the station.
