Walking
From the central area of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main street, Avenue Saint-Charles. Walk down this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Costa. Turn left onto Avenue de la Costa and continue walking until you reach the Monaco-Ville bus stop. From here, you can take bus line 100 towards Nice. After a scenic ride, get off at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais'. From the bus stop, walk straight towards the beach, and then turn right onto Rue de France. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Plassa Carlou Aubert. The Promenade du Paillon will be located to your left.
Bus
Begin at the Place du Palais in Monaco-Ville. Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is the 'Monaco - Place d'Armes' stop. Here, take the bus line 100 towards Nice. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nice - Promenade des Anglais stop, walk towards the beach, turn right onto Rue de France, and follow it until you reach Plassa Carlou Aubert. The Promenade du Paillon will be on your left.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the Prince's Palace of Monaco. Head down the hill following Rue du Palais, which will lead you to the port area. Once you reach the port, continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the 'Port de Nice'. From there, walk along Avenue de la République heading towards the city center. Follow the signs to Promenade du Paillon, which should be a short walk from the port area. The park is well marked and you'll find it near the Plassa Carlou Aubert.
