Continue walking until you reach the Monaco-Monte Carlo train station. Once at the train station, you can take a train towards Nice Ville. The train ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Nice Ville station, exit the station and follow the signs for Avenue Jean Medecin. Walk straight along Avenue Jean Medecin until you reach the tram station at Place Massena. Board the tram heading towards 'Cadam' and get off at the stop 'Jean Médecin'. From there, you can walk to 3 Av. Villermont, Nice, which is about a 15-minute walk from the tram station.
